CSF is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. We believe that a significant barrier to a fair and just society is anti-black racism which recently has been fully and horrifyingly exposed. We believe there is a unique opportunity to make a difference at this moment in time. We want to do our part.
An end to anti-black racism, creating systems change and social transformation requires action. We want to support the CSF community in the inner and outer work required to end oppression and have compiled a list of resources. Please feel free to access the resources below. Wherever you are on your journey, we hope these resources will support you. If you are trying to understand racism and systemic oppression, our hope is that you will find helpful information here. If you are deeply versed in racism and systemic oppression, you may find some new resources that are helpful. In either case, our hope is that you will share links to resources with us so that we can add them to this list.
We see our work at the Center for Strategic Facilitation as part of the movement to build a more participatory culture in our world. Inclusion and participation, we believe, are the foundation for a shift from power structures of exclusion, to more inclusive and collaborative ways to share power. We hope that you will join us in this transformative work
We invite you to sign up for our enews and to visit our websites to learn about programs and projects we are hosting related to racism and to participatory methods.
