Virtual Launch This MToP Virtual Launch includes an overview of the year long MToP course, begins our learning community and commences our peer coaching groups. Course Description MToP (Mastering the Technology of Participation) is a year long, 12 day training program in four sessions beginning 8/19/2020 (note date change from Feb. 17th) in facilitative leadership and facilitating participation.
